Mammoth Energy to release 3Q earnings this week

 

Investors in Oklahoma City-based Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. await coming word whether the company might have turned around its third quarter earnings after reporting $15.2 million or 33 cents a share in losses in the second quarter of the year.

The company announced that it intends to release financial results for the third quarter of 2020 after the market close on October 29, 2020.

A conference call to discuss the results has been scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Total revenue in the second quarter was $60.1 million for the three months ended June 30, 2020, down 38% from $97.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and down 67% from $181.8 million for the three months ended June 30, 2019.

Net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2020 was $15.2 million, or $0.33 per fully diluted share, as compared to net loss of $84.0 million, or $1.85 per fully diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and net loss of $10.9 million, or $0.24 per fully diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2019.
