Energy stocks took a beating in Thursday’s trading

 

Oil futures took a beating in Thursday’s trading and so did energy stocks of Oklahoma companies and those that do operations in the state.

Alliance Resource Partners was unchanged at $2.77 per share while Blueknight Energy Partners dropped 10% or 15 cents to settle at $1.39. Chesapeake Energy suffered a more than 3% drop of 14 cents to $3.93 a share.

 

 

 

Continental Resources fell 52 cents or 4.23% to $11.76. Cypress Environmental Partners saw a 2 cent or 1% gain to $2.14. Devon Energy dropped nearly 4% or 36 cents to $9.10.

Enable Midstream Partners jumped 8% or 32 cents a share to reach $4.46. Helmerich and Payne slid 8% or $1.17 to $13.48. Laredo Petroleum took a 6% plunge of 62 cents to $9.16.

Magellan Midstream Partners slipped 56 cents for a 1.64% decline to $33.63. Mammoth Energy dropped 2 cents for a 1.25% decline to $1.58. Matrix Service rose 23 cents for a 2.75% increase to $8.58.

 

NGL Energy Partners increased 2% or 8 cents a share to hit $4.06. OGE Energy added 19 cents for a 1% gain to $30.20. ONE Gas slipped 12 cents and settled at $68.88 per share. ONEOK dropped 70 cents for a nearly 3% slide to $25.27. Ovintiv Inc. suffered a 10% fall or 77 cents to $7.40.
Panhandle Oil and Gas dropped 1 cent for a 1% decline to $1.43. SandRidge Energy fell 6 cents for a 4% slide to $1.59.
WPX Energy fell 25 cents which amounted to a 5.10% slide to $4.65. Williams Companies Inc. dropped 86 cents for a 4.38% decline to $18.78.
