Even as oil futures rose on Thursday, it proved to be a mix for some of the Oklahoma energy companies. Some had a good day. Others didn’t.
Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. dropped a penny to $3.22 while Blueknight Energy Partners dropped less than one cent to $1.50. Chesapeake Energy saw a 14 cent or 2.88% gain to reach $5 a share.
Continental Resources finished up 4.5% or 63 cents a share at $14.61. Cypress Environmental Partners ended up one cent at $2.16. Devon wrapped up the day 1.84% or 18 cents higher at $9.95.
Enable Midstream Partners finished down 16 cents for a 3.59% drop to $4.43. Helmerich and Payne dropped 7 cents to $16.56. Laredo Petroleum had a 3.66% or 41 cent increase to $11.60.
Magellan Midstream Partners suffered a 40 cent or 1% decline to $37. Mammoth Energy Services soared 15% or 28 cents to hit $2.14 per share. Matrix Service Company gained 24 cents for a 2.83% increase to $8.71.
NGL Energy Partners lost 4 cents for a 1% decline to $3.72. OGE Energy fell 1.18% or 35 cents to $29.38. ONE Gas finished down 88 cents for a 1.26% drop to $68.95. ONEOK slipped 4 cents to $28.03. Ovintiv Inc. ended the day down 2.56% or 26 cents to $9.89.
Panhandle Oil and Gas fell a penny to $1.77. SandRidge Energy had a nearly 8% or 13 cent gain to $1.84. WPX Energy picked up 7 cents for a 1.49% increase to $4.77. Williams Companies slid 12 cents to $21.31.
