Oklahoma regulators to meet Tuesday

 

Another virtual meeting will be held Tuesday, Aug. 18 by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

Each of the three commissioners is expected to take part virtually rather than being physically present in the Corporation Commission headquarters building.

Case regarding right of commissioners to inspect and examine as specified by Article IX, Section 28 of the Oklahoma Constitution. Note unresolved discrepancy or conflict
between A.G. Opinion No. 97-76 and Office of Attorney General Susan Loving letter dated December 14, 1994, OCC Office of General Counsel Memorandum dated February 23, 1996, and Article IX, Section 16 of the Oklahoma Constitution referencing “such commissioners, or either of them”.
