A federal lawsuit has been filed in Texas accusing Kinder Morgan of violating the national Safe Drinking Water Act as it builds the 430-mile long Permian Highway Pipeline.
Four residents of Lanco County filed the suit claiming the Houston-based company pumped 36,000 gallons of drilling fluid into the aquifer as Kinder Morgan attempted to drill under the Blanco River.
