Tulsa’s WPX Energy announced it’s offering cash tender offers to purchase up to $500 million in senior notes.
The company said the offering includes its outstanding 8.25% Senior notes due 2023, 6% Senior notes due 2022 and 5.25% Senior notes that are due 2024.
The Company will only accept for purchase its 2024 Notes having an aggregate purchase price of up to $50,000,000 .
