A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission shows Devon Energy board member Keith O. Rattie recently acquired 20,000 shares in the company.
He acquired 10,000 shares valued at $14.05 each on March 6 and another 10,000 shares valued at $9 each on March 9.
Rattie sits on the boards of Ensco PLC and Select Energy Services, Inc. Previously, he served as a director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, QEP Resources, EP Energy Corp. and Zions First National Bank.
Rattie previously was chief executive officer of Questar Corp. from 2002 to 2010 and President from 2001 to 2010. Before joining Questar, Rattie was an executive with Coastal Corporation, a diversified energy company. He also spent 19 years with Chevron Corp. in various engineering and management positions, including as general manager of Chevron’s international gas unit.
