Report claims oilfield brine is highly radioactive

A report by Rolling Stone magazine calls it “America’s radioactive secret,” the brine from oil and gas wells in Oklahoma, Texas and other energy-producing states.

The report maintains that oil fields across the U.S. have been found to produce brine that is highly radioactive.
