New owner of Boeing buildings at Tinker Air Force Base

Some of the buildings leased by Boeing for its work outside Oklahoma City’s Tinker Air Force base have a new owner. The Oklahoman reported Wednesday that a California investors group purchased more than 30 acres and 3 buildings in a $124,735,000 deal.

The seller was developer Gardner Tannenbaum Holdings andthe buyer was OKC Aerospace 1 LLC. But those behind the new owner have yet to confirm their participation in the deal, although the Oklahoman reported the company has connections to Michael J. Schau and Tenmark Industrial LLC.

The buildings that make up the Boeing campus are just outside Tinker Air Force base. Boeing officials did not comment on the sale.
