** State-owned oil company Saudi Aramco said on Sunday it had exercised its “greenshoe option” to sell an additional 450 million shares, raising the size of its initial public offering (IPO) to a record $29.4 billion. Aramco initially raised a $25.6 billion, which was itself a record level, in its December IPO by selling 3 billion shares at 32 riyals ($8.53) a share. But it had indicated it could sell additional shares through the over-allotment of shares.

** Helmerich & Payne, Inc.  announced that Mark Smith, Senior Vice President and CFO, and Dave Wilson, Director of Investor Relations, will attend the AltaCorp and ATB 8th Annual Institutional Investor Conference in Toronto, Canada on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Mark Smith will participate in a panel discussion on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time.

** The closure of an Arizona coal mine has left some Hopi and Navajo homes without a ready source of heat.

** Enable Midstream Partners, LP of Oklahoma City announced that members of its senior management are scheduled to meet with investors Jan. 14 at the UBS Midstream, MLP & Utilities Conference in Park City, Utah.
