Months after OK Energy Today reported the sale of Chaparral Energy’s Oklahoma City headquarters to a real estate firm, some of the details are finally being made known.
Richard Mize, Real Estate Editor at the Oklahoman reported over the weekend that details emerged in the NAI Sullivan Group’s third-quarter office market report.
It showed Chaparral sold the four-story headquarters at 701 Cedar Lake Blvd. in Oklahoma City for $17,699,998. It leased back two floors of the 141,537-square foot building and indicated it will use proceeds to reduce debt by $8 million.
The new owner is Skybridge Ventures LLC.
