Two SandRidge Energy trusts removed from trading on New York Stock Exchange

Not only was SandRidge Energy Inc.’s SandRidge Mississippian Trust 1 delisted from the New York Stock Exchange as OK Energy Today reported this week. Minerals firm offers $500 million in notes

Kansas City-based Compass Minerals International, Inc.  announced it intends to offer, subject to market conditions and other considerations, $500 million in aggregate principal amount of new senior notes due 2027 in a private offering. Drilling to increase around Blanchard in McClain County

Houston’s EOG Resources is planning more drilling near Blanchard in Oklahoma’s McClain County. So is Newfield Exploration.
