An SEC filing by Alliance Resource Partners LP in Tulsa shows board member Robert J. Druten has acquired more derivative securities in the company.
Druten was named to the board in January of 2019. The SEC filing indicated he received 2,777 shares giving him direct ownership of a total of 10,408 shares in the company.
Druten previously was a director of Alliance Holdings Group’s former general partner from 2007 to 2018. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kansas City Southern Industries, Inc. He previously was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Cards, Inc. from 1994 until his retirement in 2006.
Alliance Resource is considered the second largest coal producer in the Eastern United States.
