Houston’s Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. announced its board of directors declared a 62-cent a share cash distribution or $2.48 a share on an annualized basis.
The distribution will be made to unitholders of record as of Nov. 7, 2019 and payable on Nov. 14, 2019.
Cheniere had hoped to have its $1 billion Midship Pipeline in Oklahoma operational by the fourth quarter of 2019. The 200-mile line of 36-inch pipe started in Kingfisher County and interconnects with existing interstate natural gas pipeline near Bennington, Oklahoma.
Cheniere Partners is also constructing natural gas liquefaction facilities at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana and less than four miles from the Gulf Coast.
