Oklahoma City’s Chesapeake Energy Corporation announced its board of directors has declared dividends ranging from a low of $1.125 up to more than $14 a share depending on the stock.
The high point was $14.375 for the 5.75% Series A and will be payable Nov. 15 to those shareholders of record as of Nov. 1, 2019. Those holding the 5% series will receive a distribution of $1.25 per share.
Shareholders of the 4.50% stock will get a dividend of $1.125 per share.
Chesapeake will release its 2019 third quarter operational and financial results before market open on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. A conference call to discuss the results has been scheduled for the same day at 9:00 am EDT.
