House to consider extending anti-terrorism standards for chemical plants

Oklahoma Congressman Markwayne Mullin and others on the Environment and Climate Change subcommittee of the House Energy and Commerce Committee have a hearing planned for next week.

Led by Democrats, the Committee will hold a hearing Sept.11 on legislation H.R. 3256 which would extend the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards program.
