3,800 barrels of oil a day on a single pad and 3 wells in Blaine County

Devon Energy reports three wells on a single pad in Oklahoma’s STACK produced nearly 3,800 barrels of oil a day upon completion.

The Baker 9_6-15n-11w wells were drilled at 9 15N 11W or about 3 miles southeast of the city of Watonga in Blaine County. The largest well had production of 1,374 barrels of oil a day and 4,135 Mcf of natural gas. It had a September 2018 spud date while drilling was finished in November of last year. Completion was made in March 2019 according to reports filed with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The well had a total depth of 21,619 feet.

A second well had production of 1,280 barrels of oil a day and 5,015 Mcf of gas. Total depth, according to its completion report was 21,424 feet.

The third well had production of 1,097 barrels of oil a day and 1,877 Mcf of gas. The completion report showed the well’s total depth was 21,409.
