Williams plans to announce its second-quarter 2019 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, July 31.
The question will be whether the company can duplicate the strong first quarter earnings report it issued on May 1. Net income for the common stockholder totaled $194 million which was a $42 million or 28 percent increase compared with the first quarter of 2018.
Adjusted income per share for the quarter was 22 cents or up 16 percent.
