Tulsa-based Helmerich and Payne intends to release its fiscal third quarter 2019 earnings report on July 25.
Company management will also hold a conference call to be broadcast live over the Internet at 10 a.m. central time. John Lindsay, President and CEO will be joined by Vice President and CFO Mark Smith and Director of Investor Relations Dave Wilson in answering questions about the results.
The 2nd quarter report released in April showed the company had $61 million in income or 55 cents a diluted share from operating revenues of $721 million. The total income compared to $19 million or 17 cents a share for the quarter that ended Dec. 31, 2018.
