Fire investigators suspect fumes inside an empty truck tank caused the Sunday morning explosion that killed Travis Farley, 48 of Chickasha.
The explosion happened while he was inside the empty tank at Canyon Well Service, 1610 SH 66 in El Reno around 7 a.m. Another worker had been in the vicinity but left the shop area prior to the blast.
