Austin-based FieldPoint Petroleum Corporation announced the resignation of one of its members of the Board of Directors.
Dan Robinson, a member of the board since 2004 made the decision to resign and retire from all his business and board activities. He said he wants to travel and enjoy his “golden years.”
FieldPoint Petroleum is engaged in oil and natural gas exploration, production and acquisition in Oklahoma as well as Texas, Wyoming, New Mexico and Louisiana.
Two years ago, FieldPoint completed the $900,000 sale of its 25.23% working interest in a waterflood project involving 23 producging and 9 injection wells in the Apache field in Caddo County of Oklahoma.
