Shareholders in Tulsa’s NGL Energy Partners LP are getting a quarterly distribution.
Depending on what kind of units they hold, the shareholders will get a distribution ranging from 56 to 59 cents per share for the quarter ending June 30, 2019.
The holders of the Partnership’s 9.00% Class B Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units will get a distribution of $0.5625 per unit.
Holders of the 9.625% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Class C Preferred units will get a distribution of $0.59488 per unit.
The distributions will be made on July 15, 2019 to holders of record on July 1, 2019. In April, the company declared a quarterly distribution of 39 cents per unit or $1.56 per unit on an annualized basis.
