Tulsa-based Williams announced its board of directors approved a regular dividend of 38 cents a share.
It figures to be $1.52 annualized on the company’s common stock and will be payable on June 24, 2019 to holders of record at the close of business June 7, 2019.
The company stated that the 38-cent-a-share dividend is an 11.8 percent increase from Williams’ second-quarter 2018 quarterly dividend of 34 cents a share.
It also continues the company’s unbroken string of paying a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
