OU Data Science and Analytics Institute Receives $1 Million Gift from ConocoPhillips

ConocoPhillips has donated $1 million to the Data Science and Analytics Institute at the University of Oklahoma, according to a recent report published by The Tulsa World.

The OU Data Science and Analytics Institute is housed in the Gallogly College of Engineering. The building is named after current OU President, James L. Gallogly, who previously held executive positions with ConocoPhillips, ChevronPhillips and Phillips Petroleum.

“We are grateful to ConocoPhillips for their continued investment in our students and programs,” said James L. Gallogly. “As one of our largest corporate sponsors, their long-term support of OU ensures our students are ready with the skills they need to be successful in the workforce.”
