ONEOK, Inc. has made some changes in its $2.5 billion revolving credit agreement.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Tulsa-based company revealed an amendment and extension agreement with Citibank, N.A. .
The company had previously made the credit agreement in April 2017 but this week extended the maturity date of the $2.5 billion Credit Agreement from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
ONEOK also confirmed that some affiliates of the lenders are underwriters of certain of the company’s note and equity issuances.
