The voting was carried out at the annual shareholders meeting. Those chosen to serve one-year terms were: Brian L. Derksen, Julie H. Edwards, John W. Gibson, Mark W. Helderman, Randall J. Larson, Steven J. Malcolm, Jim W. Mogg, Pattye L. Moore, Gary D. Parker, Eduardo A. Rodriguez and Terry K. Spencer.

Shareholders also voted to appoint Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP as the independent auditor for the company for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2019.
They also approved the compensation paid to the named executive officers. There were 292,861,811 votes for the compensation while 2,369,023 were against.
