A Securities and Exchange Commission filing shows three members of the board of directors at Oklahoma City’s Chesapeake Energy acquired more shares in the company.
The directors are Gloria R. Boyland, Lesie Starr Keating and Thomas L. Ryan.
Boyland acquired 3,969 shares, each valued at $3.15, giving her ownership of 117,617 Chesapeake shares.
Keating gained 7,936 shares with value of $3.15 each. She now owns 132,608 company shares.
Ryan acquired 7,937 shares with the same value, giving him ownership of 762,171 shares.
