A ONEOK filing with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission this week indicated the disposal of some company shares by one of its directors.
Eduardo Rodriguez, a member of ONEOK’s Board of Directors reported the sale of 1,500 shares at a price of $66.7533 per share. He still owns 15,536 shares in the company.
Rodriguez is president of Strategic Communications Consulting Group and previously was executive vice president and a member of the board of directors of Hunt Building Corporation in El Paso, Texas.
