ONEOK made an SEC filing this week detailing its latest offering for new senior unsecured notes…nearly $1.2 billion total.
In the filing, the corporation offered $700 million in 4.350% notes due 2029 and another $550 million for 5.200% Notes due 2048.
The maturity dates for the 4.350% notes will be March 15, 2029 and the date of maturity for the 5.200% notes will be Nov. 15, 2048.
