OKLAHOMA CITY—OGE Energy Corp. announced it has named Scott Briggs Managing Director of Human Resources. Most recently, Briggs served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Human Resources of The Oklahoman Media Company, a division of The Oklahoma Publishing Company (OPUBCO).
“I’m pleased to welcome Scott to OG&E. With more than two decades of executive leadership experience and operations management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skills that will significantly benefit all of our members,” said OGE Energy Corp. General Counsel William Sultemeier.
Prior to OPUBCO, Briggs served as COO and Legal Director at Total Compliance Connection, L.L.C.
Briggs holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and received his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
