Environmentalist critical of Ag Board’s new poultry regulations

OGE filing with SEC

OGE’s latest filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission reflected a change in ownership of shares held by a member of the company’s management. Cristina F. McQuistion, the company’s Vice President and Chief Information Officer reported the sale of 7,427.058 shares valued at $42.052 each. It left her with ownership of 19,980 shares in OGE.

Rig counts dropped across the U.S. but grew slightly in Oklahoma

While the number of oil and gas rigs in the U.S. dropped again, Oklahoma saw an increase in the past week. Baker Hughes Co. reported the national rig count declined by eleven to 1,027.
