Survey equipment company worker charged with embezzlement

Embezzlement charges have been filed in Oklahoma County against a survey equipment company employee, accusing him of selling equipment for his own profit.

Charges were filed against William Cody Gross who worked for Ozark Lazer in Oklahoma City.  After an investigation, police said the 40-year old Gross sold three pieces of equipment for $10,000 to Tipton Excavating, then created an invoice in his own business name of 3D Precision.
