ONEOK announced this week some executive officer changes.
Sheppard F. Miers III was named vice president of tax and risk. He had been the vice president and chief accounting officer, a position held since 2013. Miers had previously been vice president and controller of ONEOK Partners, L.P.
The company also named Mary M. Spears to be vice president and chief accounting officer. She had been a director of SEC reporting and corporate accounting since 2015.
