Oklahoma Congresswoman Kendra Horn joined in recently when NASA’s Day of Remembrance was held to honor those NASA workers who lost their lives in the cause of exploration and discovery.
She is chair of the House Subcommittee on Space and Aeronautics.
“On NASA’s Annual Day of Remembrance, I encourage everyone to pause to acknowledge and remember the brave men and women who lost their lives serving our country’s mission to explore and understand space. Their courage and curiosity have taken our country to the moon, expanded our horizons, and resulted in countless innovations here on earth. We will always be indebted to them and grateful for their exceptional service towards discovery.”
