The fourth quarter and year-end 2018 financial results for OGE Energy Corp. will be released in a few weeks.
The company will hold a conference call to discuss the results at 8 a.m. Central Time on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019.
OGE Energy Corp. is the parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric and has nearly 847,000 customers in Oklahoma and western Arkansas.
OGE Energy’s third quarter net income as reported last fall was $205 million compared to $183 million in the third quarter of 2017.
The third quarter earnings translated to $1.02 per share compared to 92-cent per diluted share in the third quarter of 2017.
