Oklahoma City’s Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common stock.
The nearly 13 cent a share will be paid on Feb. 14, 2019 to those owning stock as of the close of business on Feb. 7, 2019.
Mammoth’s last quarterly dividend was the same amount in November. In its third quarter 2018 results, the company had total revenue of $384 million which was down 28 percent from the $533.6 reported in the second quarter. However the third quarter revenue was also up 157 percent from the $149.3 million reported in the third quarter of 2017.
Just last month, Mammoth Energy announced the nearly $8 million acquisition and expansion of its aviation services business. It acquired Air Rescue Services as part of a joint venture with Wexford Capital.
