A correction to our story this week about the acquisition of shares made by David E. Rainbolt, a director at Oklahoma Gas and Electric.
We reported he had acquired 317,703 shares valued at $12,500,000. But it should have been an acquisition of 317,703 shares valued at $12,500. Each share was valued at $39.72.
The filing of the acquisition was made by OGE with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission.
