Yet another director at Oklahoma Gas and Electric reported the acquisition of a large amount of company shares. Its newest director just picked up more than $12 million in shares.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, David E. Rainbolt reported the acquisition of 314,703 shares valued at $12,500,000. Each share under his acquisition was valued at $39.72.
Rainbolt is Executive Chairman at BancFirst Corportation in Oklahoma City and was named to the OGE board in December 2018 with the appointment effective Jan. 1, 2019. He previously was Chief Executive Officer at BancFirst for 25 years.
