The Oklahoma Corporation Commission has a technical conference planned for Thursday morning to discuss proposed rules and how they might affect wind energy.
The 10 a.m. meeting in Room 301 of the Jim Thorpe Office building will focus on possible changes to electric utility rules and those applying to wind farms in the state.
Commissioners might be on hand for the meeting but no vote is expected.
