Chesapeake Energy in Oklahoma City has issued a call for redemption in full of more than $900,000 in outstanding Senior notes due 2038.
The call is to redeem in full on Jan. 28,2019 all of the outstanding 2.25% Contingent Convertible senior Notes of which there are $923,000 outstanding.
The company said the notes are called for redemption at a redemption price, in any integral multiple of $1,000. The Redemption Price for each $1,000 principal amount of notes is $1,000 together with unpaid interest of approximately $2.75.
