Oklahoma pipeline builder declares 3Q dividend

Houston’s Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P., the company awaiting approval to build a $1 billion pipeline in Oklahoma’s STACK and SCOOP plays has declared a third quarter cash distribution.

The distribution amounts to 58 cents per share or $2.32 on an annual basis and applies to unitholders of record as of Nov. 5, 2018. The distributions will be payable on Nov. 14, 2018.

The company south approval last week from regulators to start work on the 200-mile pipeline from Kingfisher County south to Bryan County where it will join the nation’s interstate pipeline system. Named the Midship Pipeline, the line will be operational in the third quarter of 2019 and carry natural gas out of the two major fields.
