Tulsa-based Cypress Energy Partners, L.P. is reporting a 21-cent a share third quarter cash distribution.
The company’s board of directors okayed the distribution which is unchanged from the second quarter of 2018. The distribution will be payable on Nov. 14, 2018 to all unitholders of record on Nov. 7, 2018.
When the second quarter distribution was announced in August, the company said it was consistent with the last five quarters. Second quarter earnings increased to $76.5 million and were 18 percent more than the first quarter of the year.
Third quarter 2018 earnings have yet to be reported.
