An Oklahoma City firm that deals in equipment to construction and oilfield firms has been hit by embezzlement.
Prosecutors have filed embezzlement charges against Donald Gordon who worked at Bobcat of OKC, 8800 North I-35 Service road in Oklahoma City. He’s accused of embezzling more than $38,000 from the company by using a company computer to make refund invoices for return of merchandise that was not purchased. The refund amount was then applied to various credit cards.
Documents showed Gordon allegedly made the false return transactions between March 17, 2017 and July 9, 2018.
