The Oklahoma Corporation Commission’s regular meeting on Wednesday will include issues concerning ATT as well as OGE.
The agenda for the 9:30 a.m. meeting includes an application of ATT seeking commission approval of an amendment to the Interconnection Agreement of ATT Oklahoma and Cebridge Telecom OK, LLC. Another request by ATT Oklahoma also applies to the agreement but with XO Communications Services LLC.
OGE’s application for authority to issue up to $1,200,000,000 of unsecured long-term debt securities will also be considered.
The Commission will also review OGE’s application for a review of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of 2017.
