Continental Resources finds more success in Blaine and Caddo counties

Continental Resources continues to find success in Blaine County. It’s latest reported well, the Nelda 1-3-10xh located at 3 15N 13W saw initial production of 1,886 barrels of oil a day.

Located about 9 miles southwest of Watonga, the Nelda also had natural gas production of 12,876 Mcf. The well was spudded in September of last year. Drilling finished in March and completion was made June of this year.

Continental Resources also struck two large natural gas wells located about 2 miles southwest of the Caddo County town of Hydro. Both are located at 7 12N 13W. The Harris Quarter 1-7-6xhm well had July 2018 completion with gas production of 14,542 Mcf.

The Joe 1-7-18xhm had production of 14,322 Mcf of natural gas when it was completed in July as well.
