NGL announced redemption of $367 million in notes

Tulsa’s NGL Energy Partners LP announced that it has called for redemption all $367,048,000 aggregate outstanding principal amount of its 6.875% Senior Notes due 2021. Former Cromwell fugitive oilman convicted of defrauding investors

Cromwell oil company owner Kevin Wieck has been found guilty of defrauding investors in his firm. He was convicted by an Oklahoma City federal jury on ten counts of wire fraud and five counts of money laundering. Small earthquakes shake Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas

The U.S. Geological Survey reported at least two small earthquakes in Oklahoma over the weekend along with others in southern Missouri and West Texas.
