Williams’ board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized, on the company’s common stock, payable on Sept. 24, 2018, to holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 7, 2018.
The new amount is a 13.33 percent increase from Williams’ third-quarter 2017 quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, paid in September 2017.
Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
