Successor named to State Emergency Management Director who is retiring

Net income skyrocketed in the second quarter of 2018 for Texas-based HollyFrontier, the operator of an oil refinery in Tulsa and others across the country. An investigation is underway into a series of natural gas pipeline explosions that injured seven persons, five critically near Midland, Texas.
