The Oklahoma Corporation Commission will meet on Tuesday morning for a signing order session.
The meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the Jim Thorpe Building in Room 301. One item is Cause No. PUD 201800061, an application of Public Service Company of Oklahoma for an order of the Commission determining if CKEnergy Electric Cooperative, Inc. is in violation of the Retail Electric Supplier Certified Territory Act.
There are a number of other issues on pooling matters, increased density of proposed wells, horizontal spacing, location exception and fines against some energy companies.
