Delving into Oklahoma’s economic recovery at the state government level

Oklahoma State Treasurer Ken Miller is out with his monthly treasurer’s report, one showing how the state has recovered economically over the past fiscal year.  That’s good reason for him to smile a lot more these days.

Gross Receipts totaled $12.2 billion, while the General Revenue Fund increased as well thanks in part to a 65.4% increase in gross production taxes on gas and a 33.5% increase in the gross production tax on oil.
